The How - Reiki and it's benefits
Reiki (pronounced 'ray-kee' comes from the Japanese words, 'rei' (meaning universal) and 'ki' (meaning energy) Reiki is a natural healing energy activated by intention. It works on every level - emotional, physical and spiritual, and has many benefits including - better sleep, improved mood, reduced pain, anxiety and fatigue. It is so much more than hands on healing, it can become a way of life, providing support, love and compassion.
The practice of Reiki is an ancient Japanese therapy technique created by Mikao Usui, that is non-invasive, gentle, calming, and completely harmless. It is suitable for the whole family, from babies through to the elderly.

Reiki Level 1 - Shoden Level: A Warm Welcome to Your Healing Journey
Whether you’re new to energy healing or looking to deepen your knowledge, this heart-centered two-day Reiki Level 1 workshop offers a beautiful and interactive introduction to Usui Reiki. As a practitioner, I am very practical and like to feel, see and make therapy come alive, this is what I aim to achieve during the course.
The course will empower you to use this gentle and transformative energy for your own self-healing, as well as to share it with your loved ones. This is where my passion for spreading the love of reiki comes from, helping people to help themselves, their friends, and their family when they are in need.
With small class sizes, you’ll receive personal, supportive guidance and lots of opportunities for questions, and hands-on practice.

Often called “The Inner Teachings,” Reiki 2 is a chance to go deeper within yourself and strengthen your intuitive healing techniques and abilities for yourself and others. Together, we’ll explore additional, traditional Japanese Reiki techniques that help you build your intuition, confidence, and professional approach.
You’ll learn how to offer distant healing, clear and balance spaces, and develop the practical skills you’ll need for a professional Reiki practice. This level beautifully blends spiritual growth with hands-on learning, helping you offer Reiki with even greater confidence and clarity.
