It works on every level, not just physical, and has many benefits including - better sleep, improved mood, reduced pain, anxiety and fatigue.
The practice of Reiki is an ancient Japanese therapy technique created by Mikao Usui, that is non-invasive, gentle, calming, spiritual and completely harmless. It is suitable for all and is very popular with clients who are suffering with a lot of pain as Reiki can be performed without touch.

Drawing on the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gentle Release uses a mixture of energy and intuition to support your mind and body, using very light touch to your chest, abdomen, head and feet. Including cranial, endocrine and lymphatic release and emotional trauma clearing.
A bespoke treatment allowing your body to release what it needs in the session. Releases can be in forms of laughter, crying, abdominal noises, movement and twitching.
