Client Care

All clients are required to complete a consultation form and 1-2-1 consultation prior to their treatment.  As I am not a medical professional, in some cases a doctor or consultant approval may be required. 

Aftercare Advice

• Drink plenty of water, herbal or fruit teas
• Rest as much as possible after your treatment

For 24 hours after your reflexology session avoid:

• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Strenuous activity/exercise
  

What is a healing crisis?

You may experience a 'Healing Crisis' after a treatment as the body starts to go through it's own healing process. This reaction is very normal and is a positive sign that the body has responded to the treatment and that it is starting to rebalance itself.

Typical Reactions include:

• Headache
• Frequent urination
• Bowel movement
• High & low emotions
• Tiredness
• Increased thirst
• Increased mucus in the nose and mouth
